Lemon Drizzle & Tonic

Ingredients

Fever-Tree® Mediterranean Tonic Water

Lemon twist (to garnish)

Method

1 Fill a highball glass with ice

2 Pour in Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle gin

3 Top off with Fever-Tree® Mediterranean tonic water

4 Lift with a drinks stirrer or long spoon to combine

5 Garnish with a fresh lemon twist or wedge of fresh lemon

Lemon Drizzle French 75

Ingredients

20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

Champagne or prosecco

Lemon twist (to garnish)

Method

1 Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker

2 Shake well

3 Strain into a Champagne flute or coupe

4 Top with chilled Champagne or prosecco

5 Garnish with a lemon twist
