Tuxedo with Summer Edition

“Effortlessly classy- there are lots of flavours in this cocktail, but when made well, they balance perfectly.”

Ingredients:
• Ice
• Gin
• Dry Vermouth
• Absinthe
• Orange bitters
• Maraschino cherries
• Maraschino (cherry) liqueur.

Method:

• To your cocktail shaker add ice, 25ml gin, 50ml Vermouth, squirt of orange bitters, 2 drops of absinthe and a bar spoon of maraschino liqueur per person.
• Stir well until ice cold.
• Strain the mix into coupe glasses and garnish with maraschino cherries on a cocktail pick.
