Created by the two master rum makers Tito Cordero and Nelson Hernández, this rum is aimed at connoisseurs of the world of rum and is a blend of rums made mainly with cane syrup (90%) and molasses. Distilled in copper pot stills and in a Batch Kettle, Selección de Familia has been aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. On the palate you’ll get intense aromas of vanilla, caramel, red fruits and oak.
Drink it neat, or with a little ice, at the end of the meal along with a piece of dark chocolate.
