Pear Martini with In The Loop White Vermouth


Ingredients:
Ice

  • Gin
  • Dry white Vermouth
  • Pear syrup
  • Lemons
  • Nutmeg

Method:

  • Fill martini glasses and cocktail shaker with ice.
  • To your cocktail shaker add 50ml gin, 25ml dry white vermouth, 10ml pear syrup and a squeeze of lemon per person.
  • Stir and strain into glasses.
  • Garnish with a twist of Lemon peel and a grating of fresh Nutmeg.
