40ml The Lost Explorer Espadin
20ml Orgeat or any sugar syrup
15ml Tio Pepe
Top with Champagne brut or prosecco
Garnish with slice of lemon or cucumber
Shake, strain, ice cubes, bubbles. Combine all ingredients, except the Champagne/Prosecco, in a shaker. Shake. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice cubes. Top with the bubbles. Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or cucumber. Or freestyle a garnish as you wish—it’s a spritz!
