Kyrö Peat Smoke combines the Finnish terrain with our Rye Whisky using 100 % Finnish Malted Rye that is smoked using Finnish freshwater peat.

Vatted together using mainly Kyrö Peat Smoke New American oak, ex-bourbon barrels and additionally some Kyrö Malt ex-bourbon barrels.

The full-grain rye malt is peat smoked in a barn for a period of 24 hours. This results in a distinctive mossy peaty flavour to the malt which is carried over to the spirit in our distillation process.
