Grapefruit Aperitivo

Grapefruit Aperitivo with the semi-sweet red Vermouth

“The perfect drink to whet the appetite”.

Ingredients:

A red grapefruit
Semi-sweet red vermouth
Dry gin
Sugar syrup

Method:
Cut a red grapefruit in half, hollow one half out and fill with ice.
Then add 50ml of In The Loop Semi-sweet red Vermouth and 15ml each of dry gin, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup.
Gently stir.
