If you like a Negroni then this is a simple swap of gin for Small Batch Bourbon to create something similar, which is in fact, different.

35ml Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

25ml Campari

25ml Sweet Vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until well chilled. Serve up in either a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

The Old Fashioned

50ml Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

10ml Simple Syrup

3 dashes of Bitters

Orange Twist

In a mixing glass, add bitters, simple syrup, Elijah Craig Small Batch, and ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain cocktail over a large ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

The Kentucky Buck

50ml Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

2 Strawberries

Top Ginger Beer

In a mixing glass, gently muddle strawberries and lime juice. Add Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon and simple syrup, shake with ice until well chilled. Strain cocktail over ice in a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

Gold Rush

50ml Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

20ml Domaine de Canton

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.
