Diplomático Planas

Diplomático Planas is a white rum, but… it’s actually aged up to 6 years and the colour filtered, so far from overly crisp and lacking flavour, it is elegant, rich and surprisingly intense. Its name comes from the area where the distillery is located and it has a smooth and complex flavor. Fresh and tropical aromas lead to slightly fruity and creamy flavors and a delicate but pronounced finish.

This is the perfect rum for delicate cocktails such as Daiquirí, Piña Colada or Espresso Martini. They also recommend it as an ideal rum to pair with seafood dishes such as ceviche.
