Courvoisier VS

VS is the entry level Cognac and invariable used for mixing, but there’s more going on here. The spring blossom aromas and notes of apple, pear and grapefruit are complemented by smooth fresh oaky finish. This is a blend of Fins Bois, Bons Bois with a touch of Petite Champagne. Both the Fins Bois and Bons Bois are distilled without lees, elevating the delicate and fruity floral signature taste of Courvoisier. The touch of Petite Champagne distilled with lees adds complexity and length to our VS, aged up to eight years.

Courvoisier blend this VS to defy category conventions
of the entry Cognac style, it’s often used as a base and mixing ingredient for long drinks, but the quality is above many others in this field.
