The Cotswolds Distillery started with a gin, but has since added an excellent range of distilled spirits, not least a collection of some of the best English Whisky around.

SIGNATURE
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Our Signature Single Malt Whisky is the first
whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds.
We use 100% locally grown, floor-malted barley
and mature the whisky in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels
and reconditioned red wine casks. Rich, fruity
and very sippable, this single malt whisky provides
an incredible depth of flavour with notes of honey,
Seville orange marmalade and dark red fruits.

RESERVE
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Our smooth & elegant Cotswolds Reserve
Single Malt Whisky is hand crafted in small batches using
100% locally grown, floor malted Cotswold barley.
This expression showcases the influence of our first-fill
ex-Bourbon casks which provide classic notes of vanilla,
honey, butterscotch and a hint of coconut, resulting in a
truly smooth and moreish dram. A touch of whisky from
our wonderful STR ex-red wine casks has been blended
in to enhance the richness, fruitiness and sweetness
of this remarkable whisky

SHERRY CASK
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Our Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is a marriage
of carefully selected and blended sherry casks and has
been aged for its full term in American and Spanish
oak hogsheads and butts.
This single malt is a blend of casks seasoned with
Oloroso & Pedro Ximenez sherry, all of which have been
sherry-aged through their full maturation for a deeper
and more flavourful whisky. Full of dried fruits,
chocolate and a touch of spice.

FOUNDER’S CHOICE
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

This cask strength release comes from
our founder’s favourite casks: STRs – shaved, toasted
and recharred American Oak red wine barriques.
These uniquely active casks give a rich and
intense maturation to our fruity ‘new make’ spirit,
offering toffee, oak and red fruits
and a beautiful, deep colour.

BOURBON CASK
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Our Cotswolds Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky
is crafted from select first-fill ex-Bourbon casks
in which our rich and fruity single malt spirit
has been patiently matured.
These premium American oak barrels are ideal for
ageing whisky and impart delicious notes of vanilla & honey.
This sweet and malty cask strength expression is a whisky
for purists and a wonderful expression of our
distillery character.

PEATED CASK
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Hand-crafted in small batches and matured in
ex-peated quarter casks, this is a wonderfully
balanced whisky with subtle notes of peat smoke.
This is a delightful and moreish whisky with
subtle hints of peat smoke on the palate which complement
the vanilla notes from the oak and the fruitiness
of our spirit. Think ‘smoky vanilla ice cream’,
as our distillers like to describe it!

HARVEST RELEASE SERIES
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

This limited edition spirit is the first release in our Harvest Series.
‘Golden Wold’ is a blend of select ex-Bourbon, STR red wine and Peated casks.
This smooth and mellow blend is as harmonious as the Cotswold
landscape around us at the end of a fine summer and brilliantly
shows off the rich and fruity character of our single malt spirit.
Our Harvest Series is released once a year and celebrates the beautiful
landscape of the Cotswolds through the art of painting and whisky blending.
For this single malt release, the presentation tube features an original painting
by local artist Josephine Trotter which perfectly illustrates the iconic
rolling hills of the Cotswolds that surround our rural distillery.

SPANISH OAK
SINGLE MALT WHISKY

A beguiling marriage of Spanish Oak Oloroso sherry casks
with our signature first-fill ex-red wine and bourbon barrels.
We’ve created a unique whisky which marries the finest
full-term matured Spanish Oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry
and our signature American Oak first-fill ex-red wine and bourbon barrels.
The result is a single malt of rare and unique character, full of
sugar, spice, fruit and grain, which excellently shows off our wonderful
Cotswolds spirit made from the finest locally grown floor-malted barley.

SINGLE CASK
SINGLE MALT WHISKY
Made with 100% locally grown barley from the Cotswolds,
this limited edition single malt whisky was matured in a single Sherry (Oloroso Spanish Oak) cask.
Filled on the 9th of May 2018 and aged full-term at our distillery in the
Cotswolds, we bottled this expression on-site at 54.2% ABV.
This Spanish Oak Hogshead barrel was seasoned with Oloroso sherry,
characterised by woody and soft, ripe fruity aromas. The soft and porous oak encourages interaction
between spirit and cask. The more open grain allows the whisky to travel deeper into the wood,
drawing out rich and intense flavours and a beautiful natural colour. Each bottle comes
beautifully presented in a luxury display carton

COTSWOLDS
DRY GIN
Our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is a
delectable blend of nine carefully-considered botanicals,
including local lavender from the nearby Cotswold village of Snowshill
along with freshly-peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest.
Due to the unusually high volume of botanicals we use,
our gin causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud to appear when
ice or tonic is added. To make the ultimate Cloudy G&T,
mix with premium tonic water, lots of ice and garnish with
a bay leaf and a slice of pink grapefruit.
