TERMINOLOGY AND AGE
VS (Very Special), the youngest Armagnac in the blend, is classified as Compte 1, meaning it is aged for at least one year– or in this case, about three years on average.
TASTING NOTES
Light amber colour with a hint of copper. Delicate nose. Aromas of apple, apricot, caramel, vanilla, pastries and banane flambée.
A very smooth texture coats the mouth. Full-bodied, fresh and fruity with a slight hint of black pepper
