The Bloody Cow

The iconic brunch cocktail, this Bloody Cow is an udderly delicious bovine twist on the Bloody Mary.

Black Cow lends a dairy element to the Bloody Mary which enhances the flavour of the tomato while mellowing the tomato acids. Think of parmesan on a bolognese or cream of tomato soup – classic dairy and tomato combinations!

This vodka helps to unlock the flavours in the tomato. That’s why it tastes so good.

  • Ingredients
  • Black Cow vodka, 50ml
  • Sweet sherry, 25ml
  • Tomato juice, enough to top
  • A good splash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • A good splash of Tabasco
  • A dash of celery salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice
